Our Limited selection of ethically grown White Tea harvest from Sri Lanka undoubtedly will provide you an array of Unique Tastes with a difference.
The gorgeous metal caddies are unique and no two are alike, in the sense that they are decorated in the traditional Ceylonese style, handmade by Ceylonese metalsmiths.
The tea you enjoy has been individually handpacked in an environmentally friendly packaging to a high standard.
RETURN POLICY
You can return an item within 14 business days of purchase. In the event of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping Cost will not be refunded.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The Product must be in their original condition, Un-damaged and with the Inner Tea Pouch unopened, sealed and unused.
Item(s) must be returned in one package. By tracked post or courier service. Where possible, return shipments must be made using the same delivery supplier and service as for the original delivery (i.e. Domestic – Royal Mail Tracked and International – DHL Tracked )
RETURN STEPS FOR CUSTOMER
To return an item within the 14 business days of purchase, please follow the steps below.
- Include a copy of the confirmation email and/or packing slip from your order with the return packaging.
- Mail your return to our address: Tips of Gold Limited, 72A Palmerston Rd, Harrow, HA3 7RW, United Kingdom.
Please note that we do NOT have a physical store at this time. The above address is a shipping address ONLY.
RETURN REFUND
Once your return has been processed by our team, you will receive the refund email communication.
- The refund is always credited to the original payment method.
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase, which is GBP.
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider. Normally, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from confirmation.
EXCHANGE
We do not process the exchange of sold items. We recommend that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
